- All orders are processed within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. - Order shipping status will be sent to you via email after your order is completed. An order tracking number will also be included in a separate order completion email. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

- Once the package has left our warehouse, Please follow USPS or FedEx website for latest tracking updates. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
- If you think that you've received a defective item or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
- Customers may return any unused, unworn items, within 14 days of delivery date for a store credit or refund. Please contact customer service team (email@example.com) to process your refund.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
